BEIJING
Leigh Baker is a seasoned Executive Director with over 30 years international experience in management, consulting, and business development in the public and private sectors in the Asia-Pacific Region and globally. Leigh has been based in China for more than 13 years delivering significant change and substantial performance improvement to both major multi-nationals and Chinese companies across a wide range of industries.
John Gruetzner has designed and implemented business development strategies for high technology funds, financial services industries and telecommunication financings in Asia during his more than 20 years experience living and working in China. He is a Director of Intercedent International and a member of the advisory council of Arise Technologies in Canada. His fluency in several languages including Mandarin adds significant value to his coaching assignments.
HONG KONG
Graeme Lewis is a senior executive with many years experience in leadership, general management and operations in metals, minerals and manufactured goods industries in Asia and Australia. He brings to his coaching a broad international perspective as he has acquired practical experience in Australia, China, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Korea and Hong Kong. Most recently he was Managing Director of Rio Tinto Asia Pty Ltd enabling him to restructure and refocus the Chinese corporate office while also doubling the Business Unit’s customer and internal client base.

Ross O’Brien is a seasoned telecommunications analyst, consultant, writer and speaker working with Asia’s telecommunications and service technology markets for over 15 years. He was General Manager, Asia Pyramid Research, one of the world’s largest infrastructure vendors and service providers. A Dartmouth College graduate with an MBA from Berkley, he also speaks Mandarin & Indonesian fluently.
MALAYSIA
John Zinkin has extensive consulting, marketing, and strategic management experience and he has worked within the IT sector and office products industry for more than 30 years at companies such as Inchape Pacific, Gilman Office Machines and Rank Xerox. John, who is also a lecturer at Nottingham University Business School’s Malaysian campus, brings vast market knowledge to his coaching.
MALAYSIA AND SINGAPORE
Charles Cousins is an engineer with more than twenty years experience living and working in Asia. He headed up Apple Computers in Asia in the 1980s and early 1990s converting Apple’s dealerships to direct subsidiaries. He has extensive experience in general management, marketing, and sales.
