Since 2016, Anthony has been actively involved as the Victorian State Manager for Foresight's Global Coaching (FGC), Australia’s leading Executive Business Coaching organisation.

Anthony's impressive executive career played a pivotal role focusing upon the alignment of workforces with the strategic goals of the company. Roles included serving as Telstra's General Manager and Director of Human Resources, for Telstra’s Finance and other Divisions and as Group Director, Human Resources for Hastings Funds Management.

Anthony’s non-executive experience includes serving as a Trustee Director on the boards of IBMGSA Super Fund, OTC Staff Super Fund, and Telstra Super Pty Ltd.

Throughout his career, Anthony has been a driving force in organisations’ Human Capital strategies; elevating human resource practices and contributing significantly to the success of the organisations he has served.

Anthony’s education includes a Bachelor of Business, Economics and Human Resources from Monash and a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning from Deakin.

Anthony is married with two daughters and enjoys reading, travel and motor racing.
